2. Products
Our products are described and shown as accurately as possible. Photos and videos are for illustration: slight differences in color or appearance may occur. Flowers, cards and accessories shown in our photos and videos are only included if they are listed in the product description.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in your local currency at the time of order, shipping included. Nostalgie84 may change its prices at any time; the price that applies is the one displayed when you place your order.
4. Orders
Your order is final once payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email summarizing your order. Nostalgie84 reserves the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud or a previous dispute, with a full refund.
5. Payment
Payment is made securely online, by credit card or by the payment methods offered at checkout. Payment details are processed by our payment provider and are never stored by Nostalgie84.

7. Right of withdrawal
If you live in the European Union, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason, by contacting us at contact@nostalgie84.com. Return and refund terms are detailed in our Refund Policy.

Our products are covered by the legal warranties that apply in your country of residence. If a product is defective, contact us at contact@nostalgie84.com.
9. Liability
Nostalgie84 cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products, or for delivery delays or failures caused by the carrier or by force majeure.
