Free shipping
Shipping is free on all orders, to every country we ship to.
Delivery times
Your order is prepared within 1 to 3 business days, then shipped from our partner warehouse. Delivery then takes 6 to 12 business days on average, depending on your country. These times are estimates and may be slightly longer during busy periods (holidays, sales) or in case of carrier delays.
Order tracking
As soon as your parcel ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you have not received it within 5 business days of your order, please check your spam folder, then contact us at contact@nostalgie84.com.
Multiple items
If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate parcels, a few days apart.
Customs duties
For deliveries to the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States, any import fees are already included: there is nothing to pay on delivery. For other countries, local duties or taxes may apply and are paid by the recipient.

Lost or damaged parcel
If your parcel does not arrive, or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@nostalgie84.com with your order number and we will find a solution with you.
